He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood L. Norris and Flora Sherer Norris; and his stepdaughter Sharon Castleman. He is survived by: his wife Gerie W. Norris of Brandon; his stepchildren, Greg Brown (Suzanne) of Olive Branch, MS and Sandra Brown Stewart (Michael) of Memphis; his brother Ralph J. Norris (Patty) of Birmingham, AL; his niece Michelle Norris Young (Doug) of Birmingham; and his great-nephew Michael McClure (Megan) of Birmingham, AL.
