He was predeceased by: his father J. H. Burnham. He is survived by: his mother Anne Burnham; his wife Melinda Lamb Burnham; his brother David K. Burnham (Mary-Margaret); his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Morrow (Steve) and Jimmy Lamb; and his cousin Carlton Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
