She is survived by: her husband Hymon "Trey" Johnson III; her daughter Gloria Suzanne "Glorianne" Johnson; her father Jay Philley Jr.; her brother Jay Philley III (Stacey); her nieces, Edie and Elle Philley; her aunts and uncles, Kay Martin (Jacky), Marsha Collins (Butch), John Calvin Philley (Betty) and John Robert Perkins; her mother-in-law Suzanne Perdue Johnson; her sister-in-law Tisha Kuhn (Michael); her nephews, Chase Dean Cole and Michael Gentry Cole; and her cousins, Robbie Cooper, Renae Marsh, Sandy Nichols, Janet Walker, Julie Shelton, Brent Lassetter, Dave Philley, Leigh Taylor, Missy Clauson, Andrew Collins and Ryan Collins.
