She is survived by: her husband Malcum Ainsworth; her children, Timothy Ainsworth (Patience) and Misty Ainsworth; her grandchildren, Brice Ainsworth, Chase Ainsworth and Caden Ainsworth; and her siblings, Brenda Dunningan, Kathy Floyd, Cynthia Lamb, Nita Gaines, Amanda Floyd, Hugh Floyd and Adam Floyd.
