He is survived by: his wife Verna Bayliss; his sons, Milford Gordon Bayliss, III, Marshall Scott Bayliss (Tomeka) and Jason Palmer; his sister Beverly Bayliss; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Bayliss Oswalt, Sara Bayliss, Katey Bayliss Houston, Tyler Bayliss and Blake Bayliss. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
