He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bennett Carraway and Nell Elizabeth Hooker Carraway. He is survived by: his wife Connie Carraway; his daughter Precia Carraway; and his siblings, Wanda Laurent (Charles), Donna Jean Cook, Terri Bergeron, Adam Carraway, Fred Carraway, Tommy Fairchild and Sherry Fairchild. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
