He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Warren and Agnes Shotts Warren of Puckett, MS.; and his cousin Ben Warren. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Grantham Warren; his daughters, Tress Warren Gardner (Scott) of Brandon and Kelli Warren Adcock (Ronnie) of Brandon; his grandchildren, Eliza Adcock Polk (Tayler), Philip Gardner and Sally Adcock; and his cousin Phyllis Warren Kennedy (Tom).
