He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spencer Sr. and Marie Dodd Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Weathersby Spencer; his daughters, Mandy Fife (Brad) and April (Nathan) of Delaware; his grandsons, Matthew Fife and Henry of Delaware; and his brother Marvin Spencer (Lynn).
