He is survived by: his wife Teresa McCalip Humphrey; his children, Benny "Mac" May (Ashley), Brian Anthony May (Brooke), Jonathan Daniel Humphrey (Alissa) and Whitney Humphrey Morehead (Josh); his siblings, Bill Humphrey (Sueann) and Beth Whitmore (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Rory Humphrey, Noah Humphrey, Cali May, Maddox May, Laney May, Molly May and Tori Morehead.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St., Mark's United Methodist Church.
