He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Grady Stevens and Ruffie Burnham Stevens; his brothers, Thomas and Billy Stevens; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Stevens and Charles Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Kline Stevens; his daughter Terri Smith (David); and his siblings, Milford Stevens, Travis Stevens (Grace), Harold Stevens (Marie), Phillip Stevens, Danny Stevens (Diane), Linda Simmons and Patsy Burnham (Monroe).
