She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Howard Nichols, Jr. (Lyne) and Darryl Wade Nichols (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Kelli Nichols; and her grandchildren, Trey Nichols (Lindsey), Shelby N. Moore (Daniel), Amber Helsel, Emily Lee Wade Nichols (David) and Karley Nichols. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
