She was predeceased by: her husband Louis A. Smith; her children, Louis Smith Jr. and Deborah Smith; and her sisters, Janet Duthu and Shirley Blanton.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Smith; her sister Imogene McCoy; her grandchildren, Dane Duggan, Layla Armstrong and Nichole Smyly; and her great grandchildren, Baley Duggan, Landon Duggan, Gracelyn Duggan, Carson Smyly, Cameron Smyly, Lexie Smyly, Jack Armstrong and Ben Armstrong.
