It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne B. Harvey (Brandon, Mississippi), who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Sallie Mae Lloyd Harvey; his parents, David and Sallie Mae Lloyd Harvey; and his siblings, Justine Crudup Judon, Sallie C. Hughes, Dora L. Kincaid, David P. Harvey, Bobby Joyce Harvey, Don Jeffery Harvey, Charles F. Harvey, Jerry R. Harvey and Almytris Solomon Fowler.
He is survived by: his sons, David Harvey, Calvin McLin of Pelahatchie, MS and Demetrius Hicks (Yamija); his wife Jessie Sue Jones Harvey; his great grandchildren, Tesha Hicks, Ashbriyanna Hicks, Demetria Wash, Shamiah Hicks, Sharlotte Hicks, Demetrius Hicks, Jr., Zykerria Hicks, Caison Brown and Olivia Ruffin; and his siblings, Kennis Harvey (Eddie Jean) of Chicago, Ruthie Johnson (Robert) of Hazelwood, MO, Janace H. Goree (Joe) of Vaughan, MS and Shelrey A. Turner (Charles) of Olive Branch, MS. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
