He is survived by: his parents, Linda Burleson and Tommy Burleson; his daughters, Lynlee Kate, Harper and Davey; his brother Brad Burleson (Leann); his niece Allie; his grandmother June Miles; his brother Brent Burleson (Katie); his nephew Neal; and his fiancée Sara Schimdt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
