She was predeceased by: her husband W. J. Fortenberry (Bill); her parents, Walter Moore and Vadie Moore; and her siblings, Mable Ponder, C. W. Moore, Bobbie Faye Givens Davis and Willie Ray Givens.
She is survived by: her son Billy Fortenberry (Theresa); her granddaughters, Keisha Prestwood (Landry) and Kelli Smallwood (Clint); her great grandchildren, Gaige Brown, Carson Prestwood and Callen Smallwood; and her sister Jeanette Ainsworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
