It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Williams of Brookhaven, Mississippi, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Dewey McDavid, Sr. and Wilmer Lewis McDavid; her husband Toxie Williams; her great grandchild Ethan Williams; and her siblings, Irene M. Porter, George McDavid, Jr. and Frank McDavid.

She is survived by : her children, Maxie Williams (Margaret) and Cheryl Myers (Gary) of Brookhaven; her grandchildren, Jason Williams of Texas, James Williams (Courtney) of Texas, Adam Williams of Texas, Ancy Rushing (Joseph) of Mendenhall and Marxy Lindsey (Judson) of Camden, AR.; and her great grandchildren, Gunnar Rushing, Milly Rushing, Livi Rushing, Tuck Rushing, Ada Lindsey, Lincoln Williams and Landry Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the building fund of Central Baptist Church.
