He is survived by: his close friend Amber Jerrell of Dixie; his children, Jaxson Jerrell of Wiggins, Savannah Polk, Blake Polk, Riley Polk and Wyatt Burkhalter of Dixie; his mother Mary Keith (Taco) of Brooklyn; his brother Cory Keith (Wendy) of Dixie; and his uncles, Paul Dearman, Roland Dearman and Wayne Dearman of Brooklyn. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
