She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Helen and Myrtle Woods Helen; and her siblings, Willie Junior Woods and Almeda Logan. She is survived by: her husband Edmon Smith; her daughter Lou Merle Price (Elmer) of Mendenhall, MS; her sisters, Margrid Earvain of Michigan, Rosie Faye King of Jackson, MS, Katie Thompson of Pelahatchie, MS and Bobbie Hoard of Brandon, MS; and her grandsons, Kenneth Woods, Jermaine Feazell and Donny Feazell. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
