He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne McCormick Stevens; his children, Cindra Hooper (John), Eric Stevens (Michelle) and Sean Stevens (Michele); his stepchildren, Patricia Massey, JoEllen Dietrich (Mike) and Bonnie Frierson (Matthew); his grandchildren, Stacey Miller (Matt), Joshua Stevens (Stephanie), Pamela Badeaux (Bob) of James Massey, Brandon Dietrich, Lauren Dietrich, Alison Hogan (Nathan), Aaron Marshall, Matthew Todd Frierson II, Ashlyn Marshall, James Frierson and Brandon Frierson; and his siblings, Faye Pleasant (Bobby), Jerry Stevens and Wanda Frye.
