She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Boutwell and Amanda Jean Boutwell; and her brothers, Donald Boutwell and Carlos Boutwell. She is survived by : her sisters-in-law, Zandra Boutwell and Pam Boutwell; and her nieces and nephews, Aaron Boutwell, Lewis Boutwell, Kimberly Nunez and Carla Dial.
