He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo George Bilbo and Margaret Jean Powell Bilbo; and his brother George Clarence Bilbo. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Arbuckle Bilbo; his children, Angela Breland (Vince), Jonathan Bilbo (Melissa), Debbie Bilbo and Christy Wilcox (Kevin); his grandchildren, Christopher Penton (Jordan), AnnaBeth Breland, Cody Breland, Devin Bilbo (Morgan), Cayden Bilbo, Ashton Humphries (Maycie), Brayden Lee, Ashley Graeter (Cody), Katelyn Ladner (Hunter) and Kevin Wilcox (Olivia); his great grandchildren, Lane, Lux, Audrey, Walker, Holden, Waylon, Archer, Dawson, Dallas and Kannon; and his sister Marcia Jarrell (Tim).
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (1628 W Union Rd, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pearson Cemetery Pearson Cemetery.
