She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Eugene Beckwith and Marie Gatton Beckwith; her husband Benjamin Leon Bennett; her son Gary Dale Bennett; her granddaughter Jennifer Renee Bennett; and her siblings, Mildred Ruth Oakes, Charles Houston Beckwith and Sam Beckwith.

She is survived by: her son Barry Bennett (Debbie) of Carrollton, MS; and her grandchildren, Natalie Huckelberry, Michael Parker and Tina Davis. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
