He is survived by: his wife Dollie Saulter of Carrollton, MS; his sister Patsy Saulter Knowles of Jackson, MS; his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Clarke Saulter of Carrollton, MS, Warren Swindle of Brandon, MS, Conner Williams Houston (Randy) of Wilburton, OK and Johnny Williams; and his sibling's children, Angel Lessel (Glen) of Wilburton, OK, Sonya Swindle Hanke (Don) of Brandon, MS, Sukey Knowles-Hearld of Pearl, MS, Felecia Michelle Saulter of Moorehead, MS, Bonnie Williams of Muskogee, OK, Holly Smith of Wilburton, OK, Kenny Armstrong of Shreveport, LA, James Clarke Saulter (Stacey) of Pass Christian, MS, Tony Smith of Wilburton, OK, Sean Smith of Wilburton, OK and James Paul Swindle of Atlanta, GA.
