He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Dorothy of Washington; his wife Ollie Evelene of Washington; his grandson Adam of Washington; his daughter Angela Denise Woods; and his siblings, Barbara Potszinzer and Jimmy Dale of Washington.
He is survived by: his sons, Wesley of Carrollton, MS and Paul of Linn, MS; his siblings, Evie Lea Howe of McComb, MS, Mattie Yarborough of Grenada, MS, Joe Willie of Monroe, LA, David Oswalt of Amory, MS and Earl Oswalt of Cleveland, MS; and his friend O'clock. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Hospital for Children.
