He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Minga and Doris Ann Mitchell Minga; and his sister Doris Faye Fisk. He is survived by: his sister Melody Stiles of Carrollton, MS; his son Harven Chase Minga of Jonesboro, AR; his sibling's children, Kim Foster, Amber Clark, Mark Stiles II, Mitchell Stiles and Wade Fisk; Jessica Leytham.
