He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Clarke Saulter of Carrollton, MS; his children, Felecia Michelle Saulter of Brandon, MS and James Clarke Saulter (Stacey) of Pass Christian, MS; his siblings, Eugene Lefelt Saulter (Dollie) of Carrollton, MS and Patsy Saulter Knowles of Jackson, MS; his grandchildren, Tiffany Nelms, James Carson Saulter and Avery Saulter; his brother-in-law Warren Swindle of Brandon, MS; his siblings' children, James Paul Swindle of Atlanta, GA, Sonya Swindle Henke (Don) of Brandon, MS and Sukey Knowles-Hearld of Pearl, MS; his great-niece Hannah Grace Henke; and his great-nephews, Jonathan Hearld and Andrew Henke.
