It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tandy Layne Vance of Carrollton, Mississippi, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lance Vance and Daisy Lorraine Carpenter Vance; and his sister Vennie Vance Floyd. He is survived by: his brother Ben Vance of Jackson, MS; and his niece Deborah Floyd (Abell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
