He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bradley and Lucy Belle Freeny (Ivy); and his siblings, Robert Smith Freeny, Alfred Howard "Bill" Freeny, James Leo Freeny, Ivy Dewitt Freeny, Mattie Ruth Evans, Hazel L. Johnston and Lucy Jeanelle Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Willa Dean Freeny (Reid); his children, Thomas Glynn Freeny, Jr. (Brenda Bounds), Bradley Reid Freeny (Vicki Hodge), Sandra Dean Sligh (Freddie) and Glynda Katherine Reel (Joe); his grandchildren, Thomas G. Freeny III (Tracy Trim), Timothy A. Freeny (Christi Neal), Sonya Barber (Steve), Bradley R. Freeny, II (Britney Howell), Nicole L. Rieder (Aaron), Jerry L. Reel (Chastity Wilkinson), Brandie Newell (Justin), Austin R. Reel, Danny L. Hood (Natalie Swain), Deana E. Robb (Jason), Kim Harrell (Brian) and Earl Reel; and his children, Boys and Girls.
