She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband George H. Martin; her sons, Shawn A. Sherrill and Shea D. Sherrill; her siblings, Coy W. Cox and Vicki C. Dinning; her parents, W. C. Cox and Irene Cox; her son Kevin J. Sherrill; her grandsons, Jason C. Sherrill and Justin Sherrill; her nephew Chip Dinning; and her great-nephews, Brandon Dinning and Keegan Dinning. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
