With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence William Pittman in Charleston, Mississippi, who passed away on November 4, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Clarence shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Clarence farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Pittman and Clara Stafford Pittman; his wife Doris Jones Pittman; and his son Jimmy Clarence Pittman. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Pittman Pierce (Charles) of Meridian, MS, Tommy J. Pittman (Lisa) of Teasdale, MS, Rodger Pittman of Teasdale, MS and Ronnie Pittman (Nina) of Enid, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (340 MS-35, Batesville, MS 38606).
