She is survived by: her husband Mark Cummins of Cleveland; her daughters, Kellie Cummins and Hayley Cummins; her parents, Esther Fay Jackson of Holcomb and James Kellum Jackson of Holcomb; her brother Gary Jackson (Penny) of Holcomb; her brothers-in-law, Ken Cummins of Memphis, TN and Teddy Cummins (Suzanne) of Summerfield, FL; and her sibling's children, Reagan Jackson, Chris Cummins of Vicksburg and Nicholaus Cummins (Whitney) of Natchitoches, LA..
In memory of Cheryl, the family requests donations be made to the St. Luke United Methodist Church Major Upgrade Fund and/or the Cheryl Jackson Cummins Memorial Scholarship Fund at Delta State University.
