He is survived by: his wife Janet Dong Woo; his son Edward Woo, Jr. (Susan) of Brentwood, TN; his mother Shirley "Ping" Woo of Cleveland, MS; his siblings, Eddie Woo, Jr. of Dallas, TX, Jimmy Woo of Memphis, TN, Joy Chow of Cleveland, MS and Mary Woo of Colorado Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Nolan Woo and Merritt Woo.
