He is survived by: his children, Barbara Dyess (Allen Ray), Faye Loggins (Joe Jackson), Judy Roberts (Gary) and Carl Burkhalter (Susie); and his grandchildren, Adam Dyess, Derrick Dyess, Eddie Joe Jackson, Ashley Norris, Melody Jackson, Malea Brumfield, Whitney Graves, Zachary Bridges, Manuel Armenta, Nataly Armenta, Ashley Contreras and Angel Contreras. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
