She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Ishee and Katie Walley Ishee; and her sisters, Beatrice Buckelew, Lou Alice Bush and Lyda Rae Freeman.
She is survived by: her spouse Bynum Speed; her sister Alice Knotts (Bobby) of Laurel; and her siblings-in-law, Wilford Speed Sr. (Frances) of Collins, Peggy Thornton (Howard) of Pearl and Flora Downs (Jack) of Nicholasville, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
