He is survived by: his children, Tommy Dewayne Coulter of Collins and Valerie Coulter of Gulf Shores, Ala; his grandchildren, Memorie Sanford (Brett), Reagan Byrd and Jasper Page; his great grandchildren, Jax Sumrall, Wyatt Sanford, Brylee Page and Noah Byrd; and his siblings, Charles Coulter (Mary) of Moselle, Margie Miller (Evans) of Collins and Joyce Dunn McRaney of Collins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
