He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Windham and Willie Mae Speed Windham; his former life partner Ruth Fields Windham; his wife Daisey Windham; his son Tommy Joe Windham; and his siblings, Kent Windham, Billy Charles Windham and Margaret Windham Rogers.
He is survived by : his son Charles Windham of Greensboro, NC; and his siblings, Joyce Sullivan of Taylorsville, Peggy Nell Diehl (Bill) of Webster, TX, Ellen Methvin of Ridgeland and Jerry Windham of Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
