He is survived by : his wife Mary Virginia "Jenny" Brown (Thead); his mother Onnie Lee Brown; his sons, Jamie Brown (Melissa) and Aaron Brown; his sister Ellen Minyard; and his grandchildren, Dylan Brown, Ridge Brown, Kayla Brown and Brianna Brown Cicala.
