He was predeceased by : his former life partner Doris Moffett Hall; his stepson Ricky Jenkins; his parents, William Thomas Hall and Floride Griffin Hall; his son-in-law Byron Corvelle; his mother-in-law Eva S. Contreras; and his siblings, Margie Crowell (Hall), Clarice "Buddy" Luther, Elsie Phillips, Alma Ellenburg, William Hall Jr., Arthur Hall, Charlie Hall, Larry Hall and Sidney Hall.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Ramirez Hall; his children, Mike Hall, Joe Hall, Levi Hall, Regenia Madej, Vicky Doll, Teresa Fleming, Nelda Sistrunk, Gwen Lee and Virginia Sartin; and his siblings, Ronald Hall and Jean Peeler. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
