He was predeceased by : his grandfather John David Landis. He is survived by : his wife Megan Landis; his parents, Jeffrey Landis and Cheryl Landis; his siblings, Katya Landis and Matt Landis; his niece Teagan; his grandparents, Mary K. Landis, Arlin and Sandra Freed; his great-grandparents, Elvin and Dorothy Landis; his parents-in-law, Joey and Cristy Moffett; his sister-in-law Haleigh Dixon (Ben); and his nephews, Luke and Jake.
