She was predeceased by : her husband J. W.; her son James Wendell Price Sr.; and her siblings, Lizzie Mae Craft, Erma Ree Robbins, Earl Thomas, Joseph Alton and Jewel Clifton Thornhill.

She is survived by : her parents, William Esco and Susan Ruby Powell Thornhill; her sons, Wilvie Price (Emily) of Pine Grove and Gary Weyman Price; her grandchildren, Connie Jones (Jeff) of Purvis, Cindy Cantrell (David) of Hattiesburg, Jamie Price (Ashley) of Jackson, Kim Rogers (Danny) of Columbia and Kerri Watkins (Steven) of Madison; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Maggie Kate, Chloe, Ellyson and Emma; and her friend Thomas William Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
