He was predeceased by : his parents, Shirley Johnson and Sarah Johnson; his brothers, Christopher Cooper, Kenneth Cooper and Tyrone Johnson; and his son Darius Todd.
He is survived by : his close friend Nancy Robinson of Columbia, MS; his children, Scory Cooper, Jermal Jefferson (Myesha), Angeleak Jefferson of Columbia, MS, Kenyatta Cooper of Columbia, MS, Pebbles Cooper of Columbia, MS, Sarah Conerly of Columbia, MS, Eddie Todd Jr., R'Kell Todd, Skylar Wilks and Frinjala Wilks; and his siblings, Jim Earl Johnson of Oakland, CA, Eugene Cooper of Hattiesburg, MS, Jerry Johnson (Greta), Pastor Greg Johnson (Chrissy), Wanda Burgess of New Brunswick, NJ, Shirleen Johnson, Beverly Johnson, Debra Reynolds (Jeffrey, Sr), Shirley Hammond and Lisa Johnson (Jerome).
