She was predeceased by: her parents, Konstantin Lipski and Stanislava Lipski. She is survived by: her husband Miroslav Jencik of Berkeley Twsp; her children, Michael Jencik of Columbus, MS and Tracy Jencik of Albuquerque, NM; and her sisters, Regina Garbowski and Irene Gazda.
