He is survived by: his children, Allen Tuttle (Penny) of Columbus, MS and Vicki Tuttle of Columbus, MS; his grandson James Allen; his sister Albertine Tuttle of Charleston, SC; his siblings-in-law, Bain Combs of Montgomery, TX, Christine Tuttle and Marcell Tuttle; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Vinzant, Backy Kern, Zack Tuttle, Tyrone Tuttle, Kevin Tuttle and Marlan Tuttle.
