With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Stokes (Columbus, Mississippi), who passed away on January 28, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Jones; her grandson Kenny Hatcher; and her uncle Charles Farr. She is survived by: her children, Mona Kay Heath (Billy) of Columbus, MS, Walter "Butch" Stokes (Lilliana) of Dallas, TX and Gary Alan Stokes (Johnalee); her grandchildren, Kevin Charles Hatcher, Katie Jo Honsinger, Catherine McGrinn, Matt Stokes, Alan Stokes, Zach Stokes, Roli Gonzalez, Sebastian Gonzalez, Amanda Ramsburg, Jennifer Heath, Tristan Nessel and Brendan Nessel; and her aunt Frances Farr.
