Betty Vail Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2020, at the age of 75, Betty Vail of Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Vail to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Samuel and Linnie Mae Bush Britt; her grandson James Samuel Barksdale, Jr.; her siblings, Ruby Britt Carlisle and Harvey Samuel Britt, Jr.; and her stepmother Vera Mae Britt.
She is survived by: her husband Timmie Vail of Columbus, MS; her children, Sammy Barksdale (Dorothy) of Columbus, MS, Charles Barksdale, Richard Barksdale (Trena), Paul Barksdale (Lena), Kevin Vail, Ethelsville, Chad Vail (Beth), Vera Taylor (Michele Duncan) and Barbara Sanders; and her close friend Juanita Wilkins. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.
