He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his brother Michael Talley. He is survived by: his wife Alice Ogden Talley of Columbus, MS; his children, Leah Woods (Walter), Tyronza, Rebekah Jacobs (Cody), Isaiah Talley (Hannah), Newhall, Daniel Talley (Addie) and Philip Talley (Jessica); and his siblings, Cindy Lesniak (Ed), Teri Oyler (Winfred) and Dale Talley (Pam). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren.
