It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buddy Gardner (Columbus, Mississippi), born in Scott, Mississippi, who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Gardner and Margaret T. Gardner; his daughter Amy Richards; and his siblings, Johnny Gardner and Peggy Ruth Clemons.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gardner; his sons, John Timothy Gardner (Lisa) of Beaverton, AL and Joey Gardner (Becky) of Caledonia; his stepmother Hester Gardner; and his siblings, Brenda Gardner, Betty Clemons, Diane Johnston, Jones and Rose. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the favorite charity of the Donor's Choice.
