With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl L. McClain (Columbus, Mississippi), born in Opelika, Alabama, who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dewey McClain, Nolen McClain, Paul McClain, Eugene Hall, Curtis Hall, Willard McClain, Marvin McClain, Tracy McClain, David McClain, Roy McClain, Sinie Smith, Mertle Tittle and Ophelia Reed.

He is survived by: his wife Rosie McClain; and his children, Carl McClain Jr. (Amy) of Water Valley, Bonnie Waller (Waymon) of Columbus and Rhonda Ellington (Glenn) of Vaiden. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
