He is survived by: his sisters, Lessie Taylor, Elnora Burgin and Lucille Davis; his wife Willie B. Burgin; his children, Darlene Fulton and Charles Burgin; and his grandchildren, Edward Murray IV, Arlene Jones, Charles Burgin Jr., Justin Burgin, Jeremy Burgin, Marshall Burgin, Marsha Ratcliff, Charlie Burgin, Bridgett Shields and Cody Burgin.
