She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Monroe and Viola Jordan Tatum; her husband George Pierce; her daughter Patricia Flowers; and her siblings, Ruth Williams, Eddie Bell Powell, Irene Rolin, John Tatum, Elijah Tatum, Grady "Pete" Tatum and Carl Tatum.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lisa Turner (David) of Hernando, MS, Daphne Flowers, Christal Flowers and Tommy Flowers (Anita); her great grandchildren, Brittany Fairley (Luke), Dakota Flowers (Jessica), Corey Hall (Brooke), Peyton Phelps (Tyler), Josh Turner, John Turner, Cheyenne Flowers, Braxton, Parkes, Paisley, Piper and Jay Zachary; and her sister Betty Reed of Monroeville, AL..
